Service Agreement (Cliff Notes – keeping it simple):

• Bins must be left curbside and will be cleaned by the next day after trash/recycle pick-up.
• Bins must be free of all debris. No wet paint, cooking oils, grease or other liquids. No loose animal litter or animal/human feces.
• Your first bin cleaning will be completed within 7-14 days of your completed sign up.
• For cancellation, or any questions, please call us at 813-444-3009.
• Recurring services require a minimum number of cleanings that customers will be billed for even if the services are cancelled early.
