How often should bins be cleaned?
We recommend monthly for the best most cost effective results. However we offer monthly, every other month, quarterly and one time cleanings so you can choose what works best for you.

How soon will I be scheduled?
Once you sign up you will receive a confirmation text within 24-48 hours, with your earliest cleaning date

When will you clean the bins?
Our service is Next Day, which means we come to clean your bins the day after the trash has been collected. It’s designed to ensure your bins have been emptied prior to service. We service your bins curbside and return them to the top of your driveway.

How will I know when you are coming?
We send reminders via text prior to service.

How are services billed?
We are a pre-paid service. When you first sign up the minimum number of services will be billed upfront upon confirmation of your first scheduled service date. It will act as a credit on your account. After the initial services are completed, any additional services will be charged a week prior to your service date.

Is there a contract?
No long term contract. We will charge for the minimum number of services to begin 2 or 3 based on your plan, but you can cancel anytime.

How do I update my payment information?
Click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the right edge of your screen. Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab that appears on the landing page. Under ACTIONS you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

How do I pay for an order that's listed in my account as UNPAID?
Click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the right edge of your screen. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile. Notice that all of your orders are displayed on this page. Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
